Stayed in Bournemouth many times, normally at Premier Inn. Stayed at Hermitage due to price difference. The room was tiny, however very clean with a flat screen tv. Staff were excellent and friendly, free parking outside was also excellent. Overall would recommend the hotel if you can get a good package. more

I have just returned from our 7th trip to the Hermitage and can thoroughly recommend it for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Park your car and you are just 5 minutes from sea, beach, shops, parks and all that Bournemouth has to offer. The staff and the warmth of welcome are second to none and the service and food... more

AGain this hotel was great, the staff could not have done more for the large group we took, nothing was too much trouble. location is perfect and even the weather behaved. if you are going to Bournemouth this is a very good hotel to stay. more

The location of this hotel could not be any better! almost on the peir itself! With many of the rooms having sea views! This is a wonderful place to stay if you like comfortable rooms, good food and an excellent location. Our room was a superior double overlooking the pier and gardens.
