It was our honeymoon and we stayed in room 4. Debbie the owner was wonderful, very helpful and polite. The house itself was spotless, the carpet in the room was new, and the bed was very comfotable. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was impressive with a large choice available. I would highl recommend this hotel to any one. more

This place is ideally situated on the outskirts of Bournemouth and is therefore quieter whilst still being a great location. Easy to drive around the coast and only a short drive to the lovely New Forest area. The hotel itself is off a main road through Boscombe, easy to find. We stayed at the Rosscourt for a long weekend celebrating a birthday and anniversary. Arrived Friday evening - Debbie was very welcoming and recommended a few local restaurants which all served excellent food. Friendly and personal welcome from owner, but own privacy and space acknowledged. Staying in a b & b can sometimes be a bit claustrophobic, especially when there are only a couple of rooms - and you really feel like a visitor in someone else's home. We were made very welcome and the owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. There was confusion about breakfast not being included when we booked but one short email sorted it out. Restaurant and taxi bookings were no problem for the owner to book for you.
