I attended the NASUWT conference in Bournemouth and about 50 of us (delegates and family) stayed for for five nights. Food was excellent. Rooms varied, but no-one had any complaints. I've stayed in hostels in Asia that are cleaner, quieter and more secure than this hotel! With regard to the alleged discrepancies over requests for payment - our standard policy is to take payment at departure unless a Guest chooses to pay with cash in which instance we take payment upon arrival.
