I organised an event here in January 2009,excellent service,immaculate rooms,friendly helpful staff,in particular SONIA and the Restaurant Manager,the whole team. Evening meals are excellent ,look out for their Mushroom soup,herb quiche etc etc. Nothing was too much for them. Lovely swimming pool. My partner & I experienced a wonderful New Year stay. Our room spacious, scrupulously clean, had everything needed, inc a most comfortable bed & good bathroom. Dining room & food excellent. We have just returned from a four night Christmas package at the Elstead Hotel in Bournemouth. Excellent time had by all. Nothing too much trouble. Staff were excellent. Food was superb, well presented, wonderful choice and served on hot plates! Would thoroughly recommend. Excellent choice of entertainment. Wine selection very good. All in all a tremendous break. more

You know how you know what your stay is going to be like as soon as you walk in?
