We enjoyed an overnight stay here this weekend. A friend was celebrating her 50th birthday here. Our room on the 2nd floor was very clean, had a balcony, fairly spacy and had a balcony and sea view. This could no doubt all be enjoyed so much more in the summer. The hotel was I believe quite full - which says... More

Once we arrived at this hotel in the quiet area of Bournemouth, we were surprised at how nice, clean and professional the layout of the hotel. The staff were fantastic in their meet and greet, making sure we were happy with everything we received prior to our room. We got to our room and I was very pleased to see everything... More

We stayed there for a Twixmas Break. The food was very good and can not be faulted. The hotel decor was fine. Our bedroom was a good size. Good location about 5 mins from lovely little beach at Alum Chine but down a steep hill. The staff were all very welcoming and obliging. I felt that the free entertainment provided... More

We stayed there for a Masonic weekend. The food was very good and can not be faulted. The hotel decor was OK but a bit dated. Our bedroom however was small and very hot. Good location about 5 mins from lovely little beach at Alum Chine but down a steep hill. More

I may have stayed at a bad time as lots of people were having christmas parties at the hotel so there was no parking, although there was not that many spaces anyway. The room was nice and comfy but the TV was fixed on the wall the bed headboard was against so you could not see the TV, plus it... More

Have just returned from a weekend, (2 nights), at the Riviera. We were part of a party of 74 on a Ladies Festival weekend, (black tie, toastmaster etc on the Saturday night!). The hotel also had quite a large wedding on the Saturday in the daytime so it was pretty busy. We found the welcome excellent and all the staff... More

An enjoyed four night stay. Reception was efficient and welcoming. Our room, 209, was clean, comfortable, and satisfactory in size. Although only our first visit we were upgraded on arrival. We had a balcony which was sheltered from wind, and faces south, and one could see the sea over some roofs. Pleasant to sit there ever in October. There was a full... More

This proved to be a great family hotel for Grandad (me) to take my daughter and her four children, three boys ages 3, 9 & 11 and one girl of 7 years. I had booked two family rooms for three nights including breakfast and dinner for the total price of £1000 plus. Being school summer holidays no discount would be... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night as part of a Groupon deal. We were upgraded to a seaview room with balcony without asking, which we thought was very good. The room (231) was very spacious and had a lovely view from the balcony. There were tea and coffee making facilities and good quality toiletries. The deal also included... More
