Just got back from a 3 night stay. Big spacious room and lots of choice at breakfast. The free bottled water in little fridge in lounge was a nice touch. Staff all friendly and helpful, hotel could do with updating. We were on the top floor and could feel the hotel getting hotter the higher up you got. Shower needed... More

I can't fault the staff they were excellent. I can't fault the hotel it was very clean and the room was excellent. Everything has been thought of carefully. Even a small fridge provided in the room to keep our wine cool. The WIFI is reliable even on the top floor. There was no extra charge for the dog and It... More

Very good time at the hotel with excellent customer service and very helpful owners. Ideally located for easy access to the football ground and only a couple of minutes from Boscombe pier. Now that Bournemouth are in the premiership, this hotel will be ideal for visiting supporters wanting to have a weekend stay.

This hotel is located close to the beach but far from the action. About a 10 minute drive is where the nice bars and shops are! For the price of the hotel you cannot fault it, the room was very nice and had a HUGE bed. The breakfast was nice too. You have to sort of ring the bell and... More

Many thanks for your feedback and for staying with us. We really appreciate your comments emphasizing some of our strong points. We are happy to hear that you felt peaceful and undisturbed in the building, which was actually fully booked on a Saturday night. This is a compliment in itself and exactly what we would like to hear as we... More

All of the staff were very kind and friendly, ready to help with whatever was needed. The beds were very comfortable. As far as I am concerned that is the most crucial criterion of a hotel or B&B. The breakfasts were well prepared and there was a variety of choices. This is an older hotel which could use some cosmetic... More

Recently stayed here for 3 nights. Couldn't be happier with the friendly welcome we received and the overall experience! All staff we encountered were very approachable and eager to ensure our stay was good. Lovely spacious room with a comfy bed and a large bathroom. Breakfast was very enjoyable served by pleasant, cheerful staff. All in all a super place... More

We wanted a hotel with parking on site and within walking distance of the O2 Academy - this was ideally located, less than 5 min walk to the O2 one way, and the beach the other! A very friendly welcome on arrival, comprehensive information pack provided also. Our room was spacious and clean, if a little dated, with a view... More

Stayed here on the 10th November for the Robert Plant Gig at the Bournemouth O2. The welcome was very polite and whilst they were clearly busy, they made us feel valued. The hotel is definitely a guest house, rather than a hotel, but not bad for £30-60 IMO. Bed was comfy, no real noise from other rooms and the Breakfast,... More

The hotel is an older-style place to stay with friendly staff and a short walk to the beach. Parking is provided, the young lady on reception was both helpful and polite, showing me up to my room. There doesn't seem to be a lift and the stairs are quite narrow but it is charming and although dated in it's decor,... More

A lovely little guest house with really friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. The bed was huge and really comfy. The place was clean and tidy although a little dated, but still lovely. Breakfast was lovely with a really good selection. Plenty of local amenities in walking distance but going into town at night wasn't a... More
