A thoroughly relaxing stay, as the staff were friendly and efficient, everything was clean, and the food was plentiful and well presented. The bar was well stocked, and nothing was too much trouble. Although there was a coach party staying as well, we did not suffer any lack of service or inconvenience.

Great position and great food. Good service in the main. Reception staff very welcoming but foreign bar staff need training in interpersonal skills. And how to smile !! Stayed here on a hen party, in quad rooms for a good price. We weren't after luxury, just a clean, pleasant, reasonably priced place to stay, which the Cliffeside provided.
