Stayed at the Connaught for one night and was most impressed. Staff were all friendly and polite. Nice to see a uniform. Food in the hotel restaurant was superb, and again the staff most attentive especially the Maitre d. Room lovely the only thing that spoilt it was the noise as people walked down the corridor and the wall to... More

We had three nights at The Connaught whilst in Bournemouth visiting family. The staff & the food (especially the evening meal) are excellent. Good to have leisure facilities in house whilst a convenient location for sightseeing. Many thanks More

Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel, facilites were wonderful and the food was delicious, a little bit pricey, but definitely worth it. Not far from the town, and the sea front which is an added bonus. Would most certainly recommend the hotel to anybody looking to stay in Bournemouth. Been here twice, firstly we... More

I stayed at The Connaught for 2 nights in December 2011 in order to attend a family funeral in the area. Due to work commitments, my husband was unable to join me so I booked a single room. A lovely hotel, the kind and friendly staff did as much as they could to make my stay a pleasant experience, especially... More

Stayed for one night and the hotel is so good that I am reviewing it before I have even checked out! Had room 203 in the Lodge which although not officially part of the Best Western hotel, still allowed us full use of the excellent facilities and check in at main reception. The room was a family suite with a... More

We booked into The Connaught having read the very positive reports on ‘Trip Advisor’ and anticipated a restful four-day stay. This is a conveniently located Hotel with ample parking and it is staffed by a group of the most charming and attentive people you could ever hope to meet. The majority of the staff is foreign and it seemed, during... More

Dear Sustainer Thank you very much for the excellent review and my apologies for the minor irritations which are being dealt with. However with regard to the fire alarm we do not answer the telephone - just imagine the problem dealing with the entire hotel trying to call reception. When the alarm goes each guest must leave the hotel by... More
