My wife, who is semi-disabled, and I arrived at the Bourne Hall Hotel on July 21st, after booking a double, ensuite room for four nights for £50.00 a night, making our total cost of our stay at £260.00 after we paid extra for breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly for the lift, making three of the four floors accessible for... More

Stayed in this hotel once. I had a room next to reception and it wasn't a very enjoyable stay. The beds, carpet, bathroom is very poor, decor is not very nice either. The bath was literally falling apart! Room itself was very noisy as it was located next to reception, you can hear everything from the outside and corridor. The... More

We stayed at bourne hall for 3 nights for the cheerleading comp at the bic which is very close. The staff at this hotel are amazing so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was very nice and they even did us an earlier breakfast one morning as we had an early start. We stayed in a family room... More

There was 11 of us staying here sat 5th July, we saw a few receptionists, upon check in, after a night out and on check out all very helpful, polite and lovely. Rooms do need updating, they are aware of this. Rooms were hot , maybe a ceiling fan would've been great. Beds were extremely comfy, we had 3 rooms... More

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights. Paid £35 per night. Great service. 24 hour reception. Room acceptable. Rooms come with shower, Bath and freeview TV. Wifi available downstairs but not in all rooms. Excellent location. No complaints. We would stay again.

We stayed here for the May bank holiday weekend. The rooms are basic and grotty. Worst bit by far was their staff. We came back after a night in Bournemouth, we we're going to head up to our room however we noticed that there were people in the bar area and room with the pool table so thought we'd have... More

We visited Bournemouth for a stag do in a group of 13, staying at the Bourne Hall for 2 nights. We didn't spent much time there, but when we did we thought it was great. Rooms were ok, shower, toilet etc worked. Rooms at the rear have a sea view. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were all really friendly and as... More

I took a group of 29 on a walking holiday staying at this hotel. OK, so the rooms are in need of some decoration/refurbishment but the current owners have not been here so long. We found the staff and management to be exceedingly helpful. They agreed to all our requests re seating arrangements at meals. They did everything they good... More

I was really happy with my experience at the Bourne Hall Hotel. We booked two twin rooms at a bargain price (especially considering it was in school holiday time), paying a little extra for breakfast to be included. The hotel was spacious, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and everywhere was very clean. It's not amazingly modern or trendy, but... More
