3 of us stayed her, a twin and a single, the night before running the Bournemouth Marathon, at beginning of October. Have been in unsatisfactory correspondence since then, hence delay in review. Hoped to allow the management the opportunity to sort the matter out. All we wanted was a good nights sleep, before running 26.2 miles, the following morning. We... More

This is a small family run hotel. While it could do with redecorating (which the owners are gradually doing) it is perfectly adequate for a stay with plenty of storage in the room. A very friendly bar and a very substantial well cooked breakfast. I would have liked to have seen more information about what is available at the hotel... More

Stayed here for two nights whilst on a hens weekend. It's not 5 star (obviously) but was warm, clean and friendly with a very central location. Breakfast was more than adequate (actually phened over the hash browns). Great value and would recommend as a budget hotel.

We stayed here on the Friday night of the Bournemouth Air Festival in room 113, which is on the front. We were concerned that traffic noise might disturb us, or that the club opposite might be noisy but we weren't disturbed at all. The room is by the lift and the stairs and although we weren't disturbed by other guests... More

We have stayed here before ,the location is ideal for the beach and town center.Parking can be a squeez . The rooms all need updating .Front rooms can be noisy as on a main road and lots of Stag and hens passing till late . Breakfast is good but needs better quality sausages and hotter potatoes. Not bad for the... More

Good place to stay. Easy to get to the Beach from the hotel. Walking from the train station took us 25 mins We got a room on the 4th floor which allowed us to have a sea view. The room are not luxurious but clean. Staff are very nice and helpful.

When we pulled up at the hotel they have parking at the front but you have to pull your car up the kerb to park which pulled off my front car bumper and I had to clip it back on. Got into the reception and the receptionist was polite but more occupied with what what on the computer than even... More

Just spent the weekend here on my sons Stag weekend. I was very apprehensive about the quality of hotel, but the Bourne Hotel has excellent friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent with enough choice and as much of it as you wanted/could eat. Admittedly the decor is "tired", but, as... More

We chose to stay at the Bourne Hall Hotel for a hen do in August. Bournemouth is a great destination for hens and stags and I would certainly recommend the Bourne Hall if you want something that is cheap and cheerful. The staff are lovely and welcoming and did all they could to help us. They were happy to have... More

I paid £35.00 for a one night stay at this so-called "Hotel" and had a close to nightmare experience. This Hotel is old, dilapidated and low-grade. Upon entering the room I knew I'd made a mistake. The heavy headboard for the bed was literally hanging off the wall at an angle. I had to remove it (the screws just lifted... More
