Hotel location really good for most of the amenities. Rooms and hotel clean and towels provided, as well as coffee/tea making facilities, which was really not expecting. Had a really good nights sleep and breakfast was very good. There were stag and hen parties in the hotel, but can honestly say were not disturbed by them. Really good value for... More

Diabolical hotel. In need of knocking down and complete refurbishment. Mould in the bathroom and bedroom ceiling. Everything is tired and the breakfast was budget in the extreme, I doubt the sausages have ever seen meat. I wouldn't be back if you paid me.

Upon arriving at the hotel yesterday we could see just from the outside it was going to be a dive! Checked in as were other guests including hens and stags my initial thought "oh great we had better expect a sleepless night". The full to the brim bin in the reception office consisting of Stella cans really wasn't a good... More

We stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night, on arrival we were told it was full so may be a bit noisy, which was clear by the crowds of stag parties in the bar. We weren't due in ourselves until 2am after a show and a visit to the casino . It was quiet when we arrived at 2.30... More

I thought the hotel was in dire need of update, there were no plug outlets near the bed to charge your phone, laptops or computers. Very dog friendly, they love my dog.Food was basic and can do with things like fruit. Variety was basic.Taps in the bathroom were hard to manoeuvre. Curtains in room were too light, the light came... This Hotel obviously needs to update it's photographs, as it does not give a true reflection of the rooms. Our room was a family room, yet they chose to put us on the ground floor right next to the Reception. Despite it clearly stating that there were vacancies, they said they had no other rooms available. The room was filthy,... More

Really nice warm welcome. Check in was very easy, managed to check in an hour before the required check in policy of 2:30pm because my room was ready so it was not a problem. Traditional British hotel with all the quirks including a nifty piano room with a bar and an on site pool table. On site parking at the... More

Returned yesterday after a four night stay (with Sunrise Holidays) . I 'e' mailed ahead to ask for an upper floor room for the simple reason that we prefer rooms away from any late ongoing entertainment. On arrival we were allocated a room on the third floor, a room which to be honest was more in keeping with a Paris... More

This is one of the cheapest hotels in Bournemouth yet is clean and has friendly staff. I stayed in a single room on the 3rd floor and had plenty of room compared with some other singles I have stayed in. It is very close to the BIC and sea front - with easy access to the beach and town centre.... More

Recently decided on a last minute desire to spend the night in Bournemouth and enjoy the sea air. Chose this hotel because it was close to the sea - it was a toss up between this hotel and one a little more expensive - on reflection I should have paid the extra £10. The single room was on the top... More
