Had stayed at The Roundhouse Hotel a couple of years ago, and found it more than satisfactory. So stayed again for 5 days in May 2013, and could not really find fault with the hotel. Food was very good, staff very pleasant, and the bedroom was clean and satisfactory.

Hotel is vile, my room was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned from the last people that stayed. Used toiletries strewn over the bathroom, the kettle and most surfaces were thick with dust. this hotel company is great. They employ thieves so when you leave the hotel you are not burdened by such things as heavy wallets or cash. And when you try to ring them over a period of 5 months to thank them for such a great service ....you just can't get through to them...... probably because they are too busy... More
