We stayed here with a living social voucher, which was very good value for money. We had a lovely room with a small balcony and a sea view! From the moment we arrived the staff were professional, helpful and efficient. We had access to the spa which was relaxing. Ok, dinner was a buffet but we could have paid more... More

Booked a wowcher to The Royal Bath Hotel. Parking is £20 a day so went to public car park. Hotel in good order position in Bournemouth excellent. on the front overlooking sea. Rooms large with good facilities. bathroom a little tired. We had breakfast and 2 course evening meal which were mediocre. But nice spa facilities. Will go again on... More

A very nice room, sea view, balcony, spacious, could not fault it (please note we had not paid for a sea view), so felt really lucky! A la carte meal was very nice, candlelit dining, softly played music, excellent service, again could not fault it! Having read varied reviews prior to our stay we did wonder what we were going... We booked one night, paid £89 for an "executive" room and we were really disappointed with it. It took about half an hour to actually find our room as the man on reception didn't direct us and the signs are quite confusing. Every floor board creaks throughout the whole hotel with thread-bare carpets on every stair. When we eventually found... More

Having gone back for a second stay, this time our experience was 100% better. We took with us the parents of 80 years old. They loved the period features and the huge bedrooms 265/264 with views over the sea. The showers were red hot. Alex the matre de (Oscars )was excellent. His manner was pleasant with interaction with guests making... More

I attended this hotel with high expectations and I was sadly disappointed. On arrival it looks grand and expensive but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The double room was cold, run down, the wallpaper was pealing, the windows didn't shut properly and the service was poor. the drinks menu is misleading and over priced, I requested to... More

The windows in the room don't seal and are draughty. That would be ok if the heating worked properly, but it doesn't, and the supplementary electric heater in the room is inadequate for February. It's the first time I can ever remember a hotel room being cold. There is no TV remote, which we were informed by a rude, grinning... More
