Went for a family day at my sons army camp and made use of Travelodge accommodation on the Friday for overnight stay. Were greeted by Elena who was polite, friendly and well dressed. We had a room on the 4th floor which looked out onto the bay. We went out for a meal with my son before dropping him back off... More

We stayed at this hotel overnight on Saturday/Sunday 18/19th October, arriving at about 9.30pm. We were met by a friendly and courteous receptionist. Our bedroom on the second floor, overlooking the rear of the hotel, was very smart and clean and was also very quiet, both externally and internally. This enabled us to get a good night's sleep in a... More

Stayed for 2 nights at this Travelodge. We were given a lovely family room overlooking the sea. I didn,t catch the girls name at reception but she was very helpful and cheery. Extra pillows, hairdryer etc were no problem. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

Stayed here to see a concert at Bic - great location only 10 mins walk to BIC. Best Travelodge I've stayed in. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Huge room just for me and 9 year old daughter with a sea view too! All clean and looked recently refurbished. Soap and shower gel provided. Reasonably quiet and very comfy bed. Cafe/bar... More

Following an emergency hospital whilst camping in Dorset, my 22 month old daughter and I booked in late at the hotel. Arriving after 11pm, very tired and stressed, the hotel staff were absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way to arrange some parking (not easy given the location to the seafront), a cot for my daughter and even offered... More

....Although we stayed on a Thurs & Friday the Hotel was quiet, with our past experiences staying at Travelodge's being Quiet is a very big bonus. Yes there are no sea views but the price represents that....for a sea view in Bournemouth you will pay over £100 a night....we found the room very small but OK ....The café near reception... More

The hotel was not as good as expected or as good as the advertsing suggests. It is not a sea front hotel as you have to walk to the end of the road and then you are up on a cliff top. The rooms are very sparse with very little storage space, but reasonably clean. No phone in room for... More

There's a reason why Travelodge is so cheap. This hotel is basic in the extreme. The general appearance of the place is run down - it needs a refurb. A strange and not very pleasant smell permeates the upstairs floors. The first room I was given smelt nasty (? damp), and the window couldn't be opened as the sash cord... More

My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We booked for accessible accommodation direct through the internet and we were both impressed with our allocated room on the first floor. It was very clean, and very wheelchair friendly, as my wife is partially disabled. Although rather surprised at the lack of a clothes... More
