Just got home after a week at Devon Towers, we had a truly good time there, food was excellent, service was spot on and each and every employee there wanted to help without hesitation when asked. If it had a car park, it would be up there with the best 3-4 star hotels. David & Sheila from Lancashire.

Stayed at this hotel as a single traveller for one night. It is very close to beach, room was perfectly ok with coffee/tea, hair dryer, decent towels. Lovely clean carpet, possibly new. Single bed mattress was a little less substantial than was completely comfy but all the same comfy sheets and pillows. The window didn't shut properly and view was... More

I stayed here one night as a midway point on a motorcycle ride I was attending with some friends, on the south coast. I do not know this area and had ridden some distance to get here. I wasn't eating at the hotel so all I asked for was a late check in, early check out and secure parking for... More

The single room is functional ok not a front view but didn't bother me. decor could be a brighter wall paper Breakfast was a complete letdown the toast was cold . The breakfast arrived within 5 minuets which means it has not been freshly cooked the egg had spent so much time under the hotplate that it was border-line to... More

Typical Bournemouth hotel but well run by the staff. Very good breakfast served (not self service!) witha choice of dishes. Reasonably priced bar. Our room was quite small but just adequate for one night. Parking a nightmare with only 6 spaces but a 24 hour car park behind the hotel was only £9 for the 24 hours. Seems to be... More

Reading reviews of this hotel before booking we didn't expect much, but it was much worse than expected. This hotel claimed that free parking was available, but when we got to the hotel it was nowhere to be seen. When asking the receptionist she explained that the parking is always full and suggested we find paid parking. After driving around... More

My husband disabled, lift was not working. Room was clean and nice towels, no napkins on table at breakfast, glasses were so dirty, they stuck together, no marmalade for toast, poached were cold, smoked haddock swimming in water. Front desk staff, no courtesy as we left.

My self and my wife went on an Alpha bus trip which had us staying at this hotel. The hotel and accommodation was adequate. a clean hotel with friendly staff and reasonable entertainment. Sadly the food let the place down. We were forced to go outside the hotel and purchase food as a consequence of this. Breakfast was the only... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a coach trip. We had a warm and friendly greeting on arrival, and keys and meal details were ready on arrival. Our room was on the ground floor, and was quite large with on suite shower room. The room had three windows, looking out on to the street,... More

On arrival we noticed a severe lack of parking, the hotel has only space for 6 cars and this is one in front of the other so you have to leave your car keys at reception. There is parking on the road but during our 24 hour stay and walk around the area we did not see any spaces. It... More
