Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Bournemouth. Ideal location for both Boscombe and Bournemouth. Bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk. 10 minute walk to Boscombe pier. Great breakfast and friendly owner. Just what you need if you are on a budget. No complaints, highly recommend it.

Very pleasantly surprised on entering this well located hotel in Boscombe, which started with a lovely warm welcome from our Proprietor. It was bright, very clean and spacious throughout and I loved the high ceilings and tasteful decoration. Our room was a family room for myself, husband and daughter and we had plenty of space and storage for us all.... More

As other reviewers have commented, at first glance from the outside it appears a little dated but, once inside, you get a glimpse of a modern hotel / B&B with a slight nod to its history (some very beautiful old solid wooden furniture in the hallway, heavy wooden doors, stained glass landing window, well-established rear garden....). Our bedroom was a... More

Upon arrival, the outside looked fairly dated. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the very spacious and bright hallway. We had a ground floor twin room which had a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a shower with sink; as well as a nice view of the garden, which was not overlooked! We shared a toilet in the hallway, but appeared... More

Brilliant find, a real gem of a place. Spacious well decorated rooms, plenty of free parking, excellent breakfast and a host who cannot do enough for you. All that and very good value for money. I would definitely book again.

This is a nice little bed and breakfast about 15 minutes walk from the seafront and 25 minutes from the train station. My room was clean, light and quiet. When I arrived, they had upgraded me from a single to a twin room, as they had vacancies, so I had a good sized room too. The breakfast was very good... More

We have spent 3 nights and 4 days with my spouse and children during the easter holiday and we have enjoyed staying here very much- room(we have taken double room), bathroom was cleaned and well equipped. The lady who welcomed us had a very good behaviour. The service was very friendly and the whole place has a welcoming atmosphere. Dining... More

I stayed one night whilst attending a workshop in Bournemouth. The room was simple but well equipped and spotlessly clean, the service was very friendly and the whole place has a welcoming atmosphere. I'd assumed the 'last minute' deal I got didn't include breakfast, but it did - and a very lovely breakfast it was, too. I was especially impressed... More

We stayed at the Boscombe Grange for two nights over the August bank holiday weekend. The hotel was very modern and clean. We stayed in a twin on the ground floor which was not ensuite but this was not a problem as the toilet was just across the corridor. The breakfast was very good and all freshly cooked to order.... I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2013 and I found the hotel to be very clean, well-appointed with a welcoming landlady (she was waiting for us as we were running late, due to traffic). We had a twin room on the ground floor which seemed to be the only room downstairs. However, the hotel is very quiet although... More
