We stayed one night arriving very late on the train and nothing was too much trouble for the really attentive staff. Our rooms were very clean, had everything we needed and the breakfast was very good quality and very quick. I can't recommend highly enough.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend for the second time. Whilst the service, food and atmosphere is this good, we will be booking nowhere else. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff always helpful and friendly, the food exquisite and the location in Bournemouth is perfect. I would highly recommend and we will certainly be staying again.

Very helpful staff at accommodation and nice bar. Room was okay but found a yellow stain on bed plus room was left open all day by room maid so all our stuff could have been stolen. Nice breakfast .Bed very springy
