Stayed here with friends visiting for one night only. Couple running the hotel are friendly and will accommodate you - catering to different groups under one roof. I strongly recommend this hotel for families, couples or groups of friends. A chap from Swaziland called Karl runs the hotel bar, which is open late. Sandra runs the front desk. Both are extremely friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed with this hotel if you're looking for budget accommodation in the centre of town. more

Stayed at the mount stuart hotel in March 2009, very friendly customer service at reception(sandy). Then we were met by karl who runs the bar and dining room, Brillant!, what a laugh kept the bar open late and made sure we had anything we needed. We stayed at the Mount Stuart Hotel in Bournemouth for a night away by the seaside. The hotel had a very nice family feel about it. The bedroom was quite small and cramped and the bed wasn't the most comfortable but everything you needed was there. The car park was small but if you leave your keys at reception then... more
