The Old Forge is a well located guest house in a historic building in the attractive town of Totnes. The communal areas of the hotel were clean and comfortable (although I'm not quite sure about having a hot tub in the conservatory/breakfast room!). Not a great welcome, shown to room with not a word,room small ,needed refurbishment a high pitched hum from a cupboard next door. Charged for a king size room but only the bed was K size ,a shame as the building was very nice as was the breakfast. more
