We stayed 2 nights on dinner bed and breakfast basis and were impressed with the value offered. We should have taken the seniors offer as the meals were large.The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food offered was excellent.Our room was directly above the bar, but noise was minimal and we slept well. If it is peace and tranquility you are after , and you don't mind the narrow lanes to get there, or it's God forsaken but beautiful location, you will be onto a winner. O.K. so it is not terribly sophisticated, but we loved it, and will be back. more

Tanquility itself, Bow Creek, Ashprington is a hidden gem down country roads in South Devon. The staff are friendlly, the food is fabulous and the accommodation excellent. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to stay, you can even bring your dog! more

It was outstanding once we found our way to the inn. Owners were delightful. My granddaughter fell in love with Bo, one of the resident dogs, the tire swing, the swan.
