Accomodation of a high standard and extremely clean. Breakfast delicious and more than adequate. Ray and Denise perfect hosts; nothing was too much trouble. Guest House very close to beaches, shops, cafes, restaurants and the famous Babbacombe Downs. We shall certainly be visiting again soon.
