Abingdon House is a comfortable, relaxing, friendly bed and breakfast that is well situated for gentle strolling into the heart of Torquay. The rooms are comfortable and we liked all the extra touches provided. We stayed at Abingdon House in June 2008. The rooms were nice and clean, with good facilities, however the one thing that let it down was the rather over-eager owner. Abingdon house is a small friendly B&B in Torquay.It is very clean ,comfortable and freshly decorated.There are lovely extra touches in the room such as chocolates on the bed,sweets and biscuits and a bottle of water in addition to the tea, coffee and hot chocolate on the drinks tray.Toothpaste and toothbrush as well as shampoo in the bathroom and lovely... more
