Kay and Joe are a very nice couple gave me a very warm welcome.
The room is OK as I only stayed there for two nights for a job. However the service they provided made me feel like at home.

Warm and friendly welcome. Rooms clean with good facilities. Kay & Joe extremely helpful and with great knowledge of the area. Walking distance to Torquay and a lovely breakfast (try the pancakes - recommended!).
