Good value for money, well located and clean and tidy. Rooms on the small side. Very much lived up to the expectations of the British seaside b&b we expected from movies etc. Chris was very friendly. Great breakfast. Problems with wifi when we were there.

We had an excellent few days in this hotel. Centrally located, clean airy spacious and friendly. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome even to providing plates and cutlery so we could eat a takeaway in the room. My 4 year old daughter loved it. Faultless
