This is THE best value hotel, for The best view. Comfortable, accommodating and quiet. Best based for those that want to access Torbay. The staff will provide anything you need, but leave you in peace tho enjoy your stay, as well Amy additional needs you may have they are more than happy to meet. I've stayed here on two separate... Within 10 mins of booking online I was in my single room. Very reasonable at £25 a night. A comfortable bed, digital TV and a great shower, I absolutely recommended and will be back. The beach is just across the road so a summer stay with the family would be ideal with the town centre very close as well.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Its only a short walk into Torquay. Our room had a sea view, comfortable bed, en-suite with a shower and tea & coffee. The breakfast in the morning was excellent served by the lovely Phil.

Stayed for a night and can't really complain for £27. Room was tidy if a bit dated and in need of some TLC in some places. Bed was comfy and got a very good night sleep. Staff were kind and helpful. It's a difficult place to find especially at night. The sign for the hotel isn't lit up in anyway... More

The first thing you need to ask is did I get my monies worth and my answer was yes. Having read the reviews before we arrived we did wonder what we had let ourselves in for. But I have to say we had a wonderful weekend. We stayed in rooms 49 & 50 we had amazing sea views, the rooms were... More

Maybe it was just that we needed a little bit more of disabled quality features at least for our circumstances..This hotel would be ok for able bodied people or people with a stick or walk aid.. The room was too small for access to the bathroom although bathroom was good...also the passage way was small and difficult to gain access... More

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends (5). On arrival they were busy checking in another guest but when he had finished with this customer he walked out the door came back and sat down looked at this computer and never acknowledged the fact that we were all stood there. I did find this rather rude. We... More

Had a lovely time in South Devon, stayed at this hotel which was right next to the sea and within walking distance of Cockington. Hotel was lovely and clean, and we had a lovely sea view, but the plasterboard walls meant we could hear everything, snoring from below, visitors using their bathrooms, and the creaking floorboards throughout this hotel meant... We booked 2 nights here & only stayed for one night. It's a run down hotel & the staff are not at all helpful. I asked the girl on reception why is this hotel in a mess & she replied with ohhh it was damaged by the storm in 2014 & it's still not been done. The rooms are dirty... More
