Just come back from Turkey and Tinsel weekend to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Hotel was clean, food great, staff very welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend - Thank you everyone at the Maycliffe - would come back again!

It is what it is..a 2 star hotel in Torquay (hilly) but it was very clean and the food and entertainment were first class, as were the staff. Would tell everyone going there - you will have a great time and be well looked after.

Have just returned from a Tinsel & Turkey weekend at the Maycliffe Hotel and was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the bad reviews. Nice family hotel , clean and good food all staff were very pleasant as were the owners , situated up a hill (good walk) we were with a coach tour so had transport .
