However we were a little disappointed that the floor and our room smelt damp, we should have complained at the time but were keen to get out & about. I think the £70 we paid... more

My wife and I stayed here fior 2 days at the end of November - although the hotel had few other residents, the service was excellent particularly at breakfast. The cooked breakfast was piping hot with plenty of choice. In addition there was fruit juice, grapefruit and various cereals. Our room was impressively large with a four poster bed with... more

I would recommend this hotel if we were a couple ..As thete are lots of stairs, up to rooms, down to breakfast hall etc it wasnt really suitable for our non walking 13 month old. it was nice enough although we had one of the old unfurnshed rooms so it was very dated and in need of modernisation. The staff... more

Thank you for your review, we really appreciate the honest feedback. I will speak to our Recption Team as to why you were allocated a room at a higher point of the hotel, although I think it was that there was nothing available in a lower part of teh building. The next 12 - 18 months are particularly exciting here...

I booked this room through the Conference Centre booking service and heving seen the publicity photos of the hotel looked forward to our stay. Sadly from the moment of our arrival my heart sank . The hotel is well located but very scruffy and sad looking. Our room was located on the third floor at the top of a flight... more

The hotel is situated in a road with many other hotels. When we arrived we were not impressed with the outside as it needed some maintenance work namely painting.. When we arrived at our bedroom our hearts sank. The bathroom was large but had no curtains at either of the frosted windows which faced on to the road. The twin... more

We were initially upgraded to an executive family room as Lastminute had incorrectly taken our booking and money! It was far from being executive and the only hotel I have stayed in and come away wanting a good shower! Having just returned from this hotel, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The meals at the Inn@Grosvenor were fantastic and very good value for money. The swimming pool was lovely, the spa though has a very bad smell when you were in the water. The rooms were of a very good size although could do with being updated. Well... more
