We have just had a 5 day coach holiday, staying at The Burlington. First let me give its positive points - The staff are lovely and put themselves out for you, the Domestic Staff, Waitressess, Night Porter and Reception Staff are really nice and friendly, and make you feel at home. The food was adequate, and varied, and there was... More

Room very clean along with bedding - lovely. I appreciated your hospitality and would stay there again. Excellent value for the money paid. More

Room was cold, damp patches on wall, filthy windows with curtains that didn't close..Terrible mouldy smell too. Not enough hot water for a wash. BUT the staff were peasant. Pity there was no lift, we had elderly guests on our Coach trip. More

We have just returned from a weekend at this hotel and that was enough! The good things are the bedding and towels were very clean, however, there is nothing much good left to say! The beds were lumpy, the food on par with school dinners, the hotel extremely tired with many cobwebs and the en suits needed serious modernisation. Our... More

We have just spent 3 nights at this hotel, and seriously thought we had arrived on set for a remake of Faulty Towers (minus the lovable spanish waiter) On the plus side it was a change to have a full compliment of English staff (no I,m not racist) but I do give full marks to the Hotel owners for employing...
