Stayed here in December as part of a coach trip. We are of the opinion that a no frills hotel should at least mean that cleanliness is part of the deal! We had to request a new room as the one we were initially given was worse than a second rate bedsit! There was mould all around the windows, the... More

After seeing previous reviews for this hotel arrived with trepidation but was pleasantly surprised. The reception (Kelly) staff could not have been more welcoming. The waitress's were second to none nothing was too much trouble the service was quick in the restaurant & food arrived hot. Must give top marks for the meals as there was a good selection for... Stayed at this hotel for four nights on a David Urquhart tour. Very sad to say that I have to give this Hotel a very low rating. On the Up side....the staff were excellent , very pleasant and attentive. The food was good and to an acceptable standard, also plenty of it. In the rooms the sheets and towels were... More

It is true to say that this is not the type of hotel you would visit if you were looking to purely stay inside the hotel and not venture further afield. Upon our arrival we were greeted by happy and engaging staff that immediately put us at ease and in the holiday mood. We found our room clean and more... More

This hotel is used by the coach trade, for cheap and cheerful breaks. Not so cheap and not so cheerful. I had a single room , box room size. The shower would not work. numerous attempts to get it sorted, but i finally transferred to anothe hotel. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable.

I struggle to find some positives about this hotel apart from the friendly waiting on staff . My room was small and very dated and dust thick on the tv, the shower did work but the shower room was very small it was hard to turn around.Towels changed but did not replace them all until the next day after I... Dirty room and soiled sheet, the sheets had not been changed, the mattress was dirty. The water from the shower was leaking down into the room below and we were told not to use the shower! Nobody came to fix the leak, this room was vile, the noise from an extractor outside the bedroom window was terrible, we were so... More

The hotel was not clean and had to ask for clean sheets for the bed .then told we could not use the shower ,as the water was leaking onto the quests in reception. Then told we had to go down though reception to the pool shower for our showers .
