We went to Buckingham Lodge for a brief weekend getaway. The location of the hotel was ideal for the local towns and sightseeing, but also walking distance to the harbour and neighbouring beaches. We really enjoy the warm welcome from Nicola and Steve both at the time of first arriving and when returning each evening. Breakfast is well cooked and presented as is the dinner we have on one evening of our stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well decorated. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when we come to Torquay... more
