I visited for a short break and was not disappointed with this hotel. The location was great, the room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was excellent. Viv and Gary have got a great hotel here. When I come back to Torquay I will book here again. Thanks for a great stay :).

Stayed at the hotel peppers in july. If you want a clean friendly run hotel, with a short stroll down hill to the marina and shopping centre look no further. Good breakfast, lovely clean room. We will be back next year.

We visited for a short break away and the hotel was absolutely perfect! The parking is tight but they offer alternative parking at a larger car park around the corner which is very convenient! The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept, and the breakfasts were delicious! The proximity to the town centre, harbour & local amenities was perfect for... More

Hotel Peppers is in a very good central location, only a two minute walk from the Harbour and restaurants and bars. It is very clean and comfortable and furnished to a very good standard. Viv and Gary are very friendly, welcoming and helpful and you receive a comprehensive full English breakfast each morning, served with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed... More

One of the greatest things about this hotel is its location, you are less than 5 mins from restaurants, bars, the harbour and the town centre. On our checkout day we... More

Not sure why this has a hotel rating, It's more of a B&B. Good points were: - Viv was very friendly throughout - Gary offered to carry my bags to my room - Cooked breakfast was excellent - I was offered a twin room discounted for my single occupancy (as it was their last room left) - Bathroom was spotless... Stayed for two nights on a deal. Room in the attic was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were good with nice selection. Staff helpful. Free parking about 50 mts away once the four spaces at the back of the hotel are taken. Would certainly stay again but not in the attic rooms

We're a couple local to the area, and wanted to 'make a night of it' in Torquay as a pre Valentines treat, without having to drive home afterwards. We booked in to Hotel Pepper because of it's location, tripadvisor rating, and price. We received a warm welcome from Gary, who checked us in and showed us to our room personally,... More
