Lovely warm welcome from very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean with all the little extras as standard. Breakfast was lovely with excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to return☺

After spending three nights at the Osborne Hotel I can easily say it is the best hotel in Torquay that I have stayed in, all the staff are very professional and make you feel really welcome, I stayed in Athlone a very nice decent size single room with an ensuite shower. The food is excellent and is presented really well.... More

First exchange with Dial an Exchange. The Osborne Club was lovely, the apartment was furnished to a high standard, with equally high standard fixtures and fittings, and staff to match the quality of the place. The building is Victorian grade 2 listed, but has a very Georgian look about it, the terrace of buildings which includes a hotel is set... More

Very disappointing to say the least. Everywhere very tired and in need of updating, some of the staff were rude, trying to get a drink and a midday snack was impossible and went elsewhere. The food in the restaurant was fine and it is in a lovely location and that,s where it ends, this is the worst Hotel we have... More

WiFi capability was awful, which for business people has to be a significant consideration. The bandwidth was extremely low and wasn't able to download my e-mails. The Breakfast buffet was limited and not up to Four Star standard. Staff were friendly and helpful But I would not book there again as it does not support my business needs

The food here was not great. Cauliflower soup with croque Monsieur - the soup had to be poured from a jug into bowl (a gimmick which didn't really work) and the croque Monsieur was actually not that but some fried bread, maybe they need to check the definition. However the starter was fine and edible, which is more than can... More

Choose this hotel for its setting and booked a sea facing room. Certainly werent disapointed. Room was a little tired and needs attention but we were told the sea facing rooms are being refurbished over the winter. Staff extremely curteous and attentive. Evening meals were lovely and large choice for breakfast

Had a two day stop over here just recently. Decent rooms with good decor and comfy beds, just need a little refresh in the hallways and landings to bring it up to date. Everyone was very pleasant and made us feel welcome, the breakfasts were awesome!

We stayed for one night and we're more than happy with our room and the hotel in general. Yes it's a little tatty in places and the customer service isn't always great but the views are stunning, our room was great and the food in the restaurant was faultless! It's amazing value for money and after being rather sceptical about... More
