Just returned from a weekend at the Best Western Gleneagles. I was with a party of 15 and I can honestly say the food and staff were excellent, we all thought it fantastic value for money and had a wonderful time, there were a few issues with the weather but the staff coped admirably. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Art deco downstairs. Room shabby, tired & old fashioned. Heater noisy, wind blowing & whistling through windows, draughty. Cracked sink. Appallingly shocking shower. Still using blankets!! Had to ask for extra blanket as very cold. Very poor value for money. Service & breakfast great, only redeeming factor. Wouldn't recommend, would never re-visit.
