We fancied a weekend break, and decided to give this hotel a try - it only has a two star rating, but it was incredibly cheap for what was on offer. I booked this hotel for one night for my family, three doubles and one single disabled access room. A simple enough request you might think, but no, the 'disabled access' room was a regular twin room on the first floor, with a bathroom so small that it was impossible for my wheelchair-bound grandmother to get into the bathroom to use... more
