Excellent location between main road and sea so half of rooms look out directly onto Torbay. Rooms vary in size and best to select larger, refurbished room. Four course dinner is good quality and good value when taken as Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package. Staff attentive and helpful. more

Whilst staying for three nights at the Livermead Cliff Hotel for the 2006/7 new year we were impressed by the informal and friendly manner of the managment and staff, and with the excellent cuisine and service. Small, poorly decorated room. Tiny bathroom. All in need of refurbishment. All staff were friendly & helpful. Service in the restaurant was excellent, but the food did not live up to the service.
