The grand is in a good location overlooking the bay. The rooms are comfortable and decorated to a good standard. We found the staff a bit unfriendly and unhelpful. We thought is was overpriced as well. Not really good value for money. The food was ok but expensive. more

We arrived late but were still able to have dinner, staff were very polite and the hotel very clean. Finding the rooms was good fun lots of corridors. Overall the stay was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, it was lovely to sit and listen to the live music, excellent . Would definately go back. Beautiful grand hotel. more
