This hotel in right on the seafront overlooking the beach, the staff are first class. The food is great and the atmosphere in the bar at night is buzzing. The views of the beach in the morning at breakfast is as good as it gets. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent.

my visits to the Heritage have always been good, staff friendly and helpfull, rooms clean and have good views, bar can get a bit rowdy in high season if any football is on tv, bar food is reasonable and breakfast is good. Would always recommend if in the area.

The staff at The Heritage Hotel Torquay were very helpful in assisting with my recent group accommodation request. Organising groups of travellers can be like herding cats, however the understanding and flexibility of the reservations team was greatly appreciated. It’s refreshing to still receive good customer service.

I do like your hotel , many rooms having a good sea view. It would be nice if some of your rooms also had a mini fridge . Car parking is fine. Your location is good for public transport links too. Your bar appears to be well looked after.

Stayed there when we went to the theatre. Within walking distance to the town centre,theatre and the beach. Good Clean hotel and friendly staff, also with a pool, but check access times as they are limited because of swimming lessons?
