The stock of cans were served warm and rapidly ran out forcing guest to leave the hotel in search of a decent beer. This is quite dissapointing considering the bar is... more

On arrival we were met by a lady who did not introduce herself to me or my wife, but asked who we were. She then described to me how to operate the lift(more of a coffin than lift). We were placed on the top floor at the hotel rear.No view only of the hotel carpark to the rear. A noisy... more

The bed room was big enough but this was a four person room(there was only two of us! ). At dinner all guests had to sit together for every meal, while staff dished up the microwaved food,like... more
