Stayed with friends at Summerlands in April 2011. Lovely Guest House and the Hosts Paul and Joy were fantastic. Given your own keys so that you can come and go as you please. Ample breakfast options for all. Guest house is approx 10 mins walk into town or the harbour area

I stayed at Summerland for two nights and could not fault it. Rooms were clean, and well equipted. Within walking distance of Riviera centre and town centre. Lots of restaurants etc nearby. Excellent english breakfast (also very flexible with time it was available), owner very friendly. Would definately use this guest house again and reccomend to others
