I'm writing this review on behalf of my parents who went for five nights from the 28 th September . They said the hotel was lovely and it's not pink anymore it's white . The room was nice and the food was of excellent standard with all restaurant staff providing excellent service . However their only criticism is the entertainment... More

Spent 6 nights at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised, it needs some tlc due to previous owners neglect but the rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was excellent and ample and served up by dedicated staff who did everything and more to make our stay a week to remember. The entertainment was of a very high standard and on... More

Have never done a coach / hotel trip in this country before and as I had visited Torquay during my last holiday in Devon opted not to drive and booked with National Holidays who were excellent in the transport side of it the optional tours were also very good with our Driver Les being totally amazing however the hotel wasn't... I apologise to other reviewers for not thanking them for the time it took them to write such lovely reports, but I've been very busy with the transition from being in Administration to being bought up by a new owner. I thank this reviewer for their comments but as I have said before, why wait til you get home and... More

Just had a three night stay at this hotel for the first time and found the service excellent, the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were made to feel special and welcome (not just a number), nothing was too much trouble for them. The food quality was excellent and delicious. Entertainment on every night. Although some areas look a... More

Enjoyed our week at hotel. Second visit since March. Peter picked us nice rooms and we were very comfortable. Service from reception and restaurant staff excellent. Meals were well cooked and nice choice of food available. Look forward to booking again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Dear Peter, Eileen and Staff Sorry for the delay in writing but better late than never. Just to thank you once again for another good holiday and to say that we enjoyed the week. Reading the reviews perhaps the hotel is now looking a bit sad in places but the dining room, good food, bar and lounge and the cleanliness... More

We returned yesterday from our second coach holiday and have enjoyed ourselves just as much as we did as the first time. This hotel has a really chilled and relaxing feel to it and we hope that this isn't lost by the new owners. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and... More

It's very PINK! 2 mins to the beach but you have to cross the busy seafront by a bridge. 5 mins to train station but a 15 min stroll to town center. Not a bad basic hotel. Room was average but had a lovely breeze blowing thru with both windows open which was a bonus in the hot weather. Bathroom... More
