Excellant B&B very close to the Barbican. Stayed for a week and the room was very comfortable and clean, free wifi was very useful. The landlady was extremely helpful and a good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Will definately be returning here on my next visit.

Ideal B&B with a calm and quiet ambience. Superb location, convenient for the City, Hoe and Barbican. Free parking after 6:00. Spotlessly clean rooms and the cooked breakfast is absolutely delicious! Would book again.. and again..

Ideal for the Hoe, what a lovely room we had, so new, tasteful and comfortable. We arrived by train ( about £3.50 in taxi to get there). The Discovery Bus tour was ideal to find out about Plymouth (1 hour), boat trip really good, and you can get a deal to do these two, and also the eye for £17.... More

Our family group stayed in 2 rooms here-we nearly froze -especially my elderly mother-heating went off early-the glass on our front bedroom window was covered in ice by morning ! Our complaints were not received well by our landlady we have found much better establishments since-just along the road !

Stayed here for two weeks while working in Plymouth, fantastic stay, nothing was too much trouble, even moving me to a double room so my girlfriend could stay for a few days. Lovely owners, comfy beds, good breakfast, couldn't ask for more!

As an ex-resident of Plymouth, I had come down to catch up with friends. This B&B provided an excellent base to get around Plymouth and surrounding areas, whilst being quiet and restful although on the Hoe. The room was beautfully presented and very clean.
