I confirm what has previously said I stayed for 1 night recently. When I arrived I had a warm welcome and taken to my room. It was lovely and clean with a lovely shower en-suite. Was asked if I had been to Plymouth before and was given a map of town. Breakfast was lovely Well done to all concerned.

Stayed here for one night prior to meeting my sons ship returning from a 7 month deployment, i arrived very late at the guest house due to a long commute from the North West, Elaine the proprietor contacted me in advance to let me know where the key would be left for me. On arrival it was just as it... More

I stayed here earlier this week and thought it was a great place. The room was lovely, big and clean. The owners were also really friendly and accommodating too. Would come back here quite readily (and may find an excuse to do so!). You really will be hard pushed to find a better place for the price. In fact, I... More

Thanks for a great stay, the guest house was home from home and very comfortable. Rooms were light and airy, beds comfortable. Lovely shower in the morning & an excellent home cooked breakfast. We attended my brother's graduation, the guest house provided easy access to the Hoe and centre of town, just a short walk away. Nothing was too much... More

Me and my father stayed here for one night and it's the best place I've stayed for a while. Well placed, well maintained, well managed and well priced. As a person who prefers hotels after many bad experiences of B&Bs in the Plymouth hoe area this has given me faith to stay here again. We had a twin room with... More

A very pleasant stay and wa lucky enough to be given a double room even though I had only booked a single. Owners were kind enough to provide a packed lunch instead of breakfast as i had to leave early. Would highly recommend

Found this place when looking for somewhere to stay whilst going to a show at the Theatre Royal. Ideal location within walking distance of city centre and the Hoe. Made very welcome and allowed to book in early to "freshen up" before the theatre. En-suite room clean and comfortable. Full English breakfast very good and set us up for day's... More

I can't think of a better place to stay. The hosts are friendly but not intrusive, the location is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic mini break. Our stay at the Mariners made it that much better. Its in a central location, really tidy and clean ( which made us feel really at home). I had a great nights sleep and a tasty breakfast in the morning to top it all off. The owners are very welcoming. We will defiantly be... More
