A standard city centre hotel. Rooms good size and comfortable. Nice breakfast and restaurant area. Poor service as we had requested to check in 1hour early. Called three times to confirm this in week before stay. Upon check-in rooms were not ready, and were actually only ready 5mins after we were due to check in. Caused considerable stress on the... In central Plymouth, next to the Coach Station and near the night life of the Barbican, the Jury's Inn Plymouth does what it says on the tin. Clean enough (but don't look in the corners too closely), the staff were friendly enough and our room (with a double and single bed) was perfectly adequate for two adults and a child.... More

Stayed for two nights with son and daughter. Good points - location is very handy for shops, university and Hoe - rooms are spacious & clean and beds comfy - breakfast food was good quality and good selection - value for money @ £62 per night for a triple room Negatives - breakfast @£10 was expensive and was 100% self-service.... Having stayed here for 2 nights (Friday 4th to Sunday 6th) travelling from London for 5 and a half hours. We were pleasantly surprised at our welcome and the relief of laying on the bed after a long journey. Room always clean. Staff really welcoming and friendly, helped me out when I kept asking where places were. Nice bathroom, loved... More

A good central location and good value. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good as was the food in the bar. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that there was no proper hairdryer in the room - only one of those that come screwed to the drawer that you have to hold the switch... More

The Jury's Inn at Plymouth is an ok business hotel, but like a lot of hotels at the moment, not very standing out from the crowd. The reception is pleasant and the check in fairly smooth. My room (112) was again ok, there was a little of traffic noise from the main road, one of our party wasn't happy with... More

I have stayed here a few times now. The location is very good and central. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always great quality. If you are in Plymouth for a short break I would recommen the Jurys Inn.

Booked for the price rather than location but was not aware of charges for carpark which brought the total to what I would have paid in Premier Inn. Found the hotel difficult to locate and at rush hour was a nightmare, the carpark location was vague. The reception were very friendly and the room was easy to find without going... More

Stayed for one night to visit daughter at University on a cheap rate which included breakfast. Hotel had a nice bar and lounge area and helpful staff, room not luxurious but spacious and clean with everything you need. We asked for a quiet room and got one on a high floor at the rear which was perfect. Location was excellent,... More

Decent hotel. Was pleasantly surprised with the building, the reception, bar area, lifts and room. The room was big for the rate, well appointed, well laid out and furnishings in excellent condition. You should not be disappointed. Parking (underneath Staples) about 50m past the hotel driving into town on the left costs £6 a night. You should pay at reception... More
