Stayed on a Friday night. System was down when we arrived at noon to drop off a bag so they couldn't confirm the room reservation. We had requested well in advance a quiet room on upper level facing the harbour but when we returned at 2pm this had not been reserved, the receptionist finally managed to find us a quietly... More

Hotel clean and tidy, beds reasonably comfortable, food good, service very helpful and friendly. Very noisy in the night due to other guests - not sure the hotel could do much about that. If driving park in the Staples car park by the side of the hotel we were not given that advice it is expensive but no more than... More

Fantastic, everything was really good, except I'm a little old and I found the mattress a little hard! Otherwise I fully recommend this hotel, it is excellent value for money! We didn't use the restaurant or bar or any of the other facilities, but the staff in every location were curtious, polite and helpful. Couldn't fault it!

Stayed here for three days. Pillows were hard and ended up sleeping without them as my neck couldn't take it (I don't have any neck problems!) I had to request attendance for bar staff from reception at 11am on a Saturday morning. Upon informing the receptionist that the hairdryer in my room was not working (it was hard wired into... More

This hotel is right next to the Barbican which suited us as meeting friends there . We paid the £11 car park for 24 hours . It is a clean modern hotel . Our room was spotless. Our bed was clean , firm and very comfortable. Free wifi . The price we paid was £47 for a double room with... More

I have stayed a few times and the hotel is always clean, warm and friendly with comfortable beds. breakfast is expensive for what it is and it would have been helpful if I was told where to meet the taxi rather than standing outside the front for 15 minutes. Good value for a one night stop over and you always... More

I stayed here on business. The local pay and display car park was busy due to Bingo at gala. I managed to get parked. The hotel is in a great location and is clean and tidy. It was good value for money, and slightly better than a Premier inn, although the breakfast isn't. Premier inn have HP brown sauce and... More

would highly recommend a stay we felt very safe had no problems sleeping. The decor and hotel hygiene is excellent. Location was easy reach to centre and harbour. Walking distance to some lovely and interesting coffee bars and pubs which open till early hours. Will visit plymouth again.
