Nice hotel, room was large & airy, good bathroom. Very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. View from the room had a heating pipe in the way but still could see the harbour. Good location, could walk to the harbour. Excellent shopping nearby. The beds were comfortable but the AC seemed to shut off during the night and was a... More

Stayed here for one night and it was everything we needed and wanted. The staff were great, responding to every request we had. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, with a range of options. The location was perfect for us, we just wanted somewhere in the city that was a reasonable price. The shopping centre is round the... More

Al;though we visit Plymouth for Vintage and Retro fairs every few months, we had not previously stayed at the Jurys Inn. I was pleasantly surprised, the reception staff were excellent (particularly Fiona who has only recently joined the team), the rooms spacious and comfortable and the breakfast choice very good. I am a Blue Badge holder and the senior receptionist... More

Recently stayed here with my parents and boyfriend for my graduation. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly throughout our stay especially at check in and the bar staff. We did not eat in the hotel apart from breakfast which was plentiful, tasty and a wide variety. The bedrooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. Although... More

I use the Jurys Inn when I visit Plymouth for the University, this time I had 4 rooms for graduation, fairly simple rooms, breakfast good, object to paying for car parking, but is located under hotel, so car safe, on whole good, beds good for me.

It is my second visit to this hotel. The first time we had a very bad experience but on the second visit things were better. We did have problems with the food as the steak was overcooked, but the manager came to us and resolved the issue in a very polite and professional manner. I met the same manager the... More

The hotel was a bit more than we wanted to spend but due to functions at the University there was not much left available in Plymouth at all. We were impressed with almost everything apart from the hardness of the bed which gave us a very uncomfortable nights sleep. On check out i asked whether all mattresses were the same... More

Ideally located for university, city centre, shops, The Hoe. Good sized room and found the beds to be comfortable but no instructions with the aircon and difficult to fathom. TV remote was missing and had ask for replacement twice. Hotel has no car park but does have a tie-in with a multi-storey on same block but charging arrangements are weird... More

Stayed for 1 night and thought the rate was a bit expensive, but hotel availability was limited as it was also graduation weekend at the university (I was trying to get in to 2 other hotels but they were full up). The room I think was average, bathroom was very small and is in need of a refurbishment. Breakfast was... More

The location is simply perfect if you only stay for a couple of nights and do not require parking. We arrived by coach very late in the evening and the hotel is just about 2 minutes walk from the station, which is great! We also pleasantly surprised by the great sea view. We didn't choose to have breakfast in the... More
