Clean room, spacious, VERY comfortable bed, wifi was good. Only the Beefeater restaurant on site but the staff both there and in the hotel were lovely and the food was good value. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would point out that this is not particularly close to the city centre, but is next to a main (incredibly busy) road. The... More

Stayed here 1 night every year for the last few years to break up the long journey to Cornwall . This year I felt the need to complain .. My stay was over 2 weeks and I complained via email the day after I had a reference number back but not heard nothing since ... Bad customer services on premiers... More

Good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds. If you are on the ground floor it will sound like a herd of elephants is in the room above you when the occupants move about. If you are in a room at the front of the hotel the traffic noise from the major road outside is very loud, all night. To make it... More

I recently travelled back from France, alone, and needed an over night stay close to the ferry. This premier inn was perfect. Easy booking, easy to find and very friendly staff. I arrived at about 10pm and immediately felt relaxed. Plenty of parking too. Breakfast was excellent and again very attentive staff even despite being busy. I have booked it... More

We arrived at 2pm and was welcomed by a friendly girl at reception, our bed was amazingly comfortable and everything worked just at it should have. Unfortunately we was awoken at 7am the next morning by people slamming doors and marching down the corridor. This Premier Inn would benefit with it's rooms being updated as there were some marks/stains here... More

Sign in was quick and easy, room was almost spotless but there was a dirty mirror, cup mark on window ledge, a bit of rust on the towel rail in bathroom and the cups and glasses didn't look like they where cleaned.over then that the room was good. Buttttttttttttt!!!!!!!! Went over to the beefeater grill at about 8:30 pm nice... More

Just what we were looking for. Premier Inn good as ever and still one of the few reasonable priced hotel stopovers that allows families with three children into one room. Breakfast was great, all had a good night';s sleep and the staff went out of their way to give the children some activities - quiz, lollipops etc.

Standard Premier Inn. Everything worked as it should and bed was comfy. Beefeater next door was being refurbished so free breakfast pack was provided which could have had a bit more thought (and nutrition) put into it.

I stay at the premiere Inn on average twice, sometimes three times a week and find them excellent. I am not sure why anyone would not stay in a premier Inn. However, this place is quite unique. It began in the ajoing beefeater. I ordered the rib eye steak medium rare. The first one came out very rare. The second... More

nice hotel had a family room space was very good the double bed was too high expected Lenny Henry to pop his head out from under the bed and say you'll get a good nights sleep here I would have needed a step ladder to get in to the bed I'm 5ft 1.
