Newly refurbished, great location within 5 minutes walk of The Barbican, reasonable pub on site, free parking.....it would have been a very comfortable stay if it hadn't been so damn hot but with temperatures in the high 80s, and Premier Inns have no air conditioning, the staff had done their best by opening the windows, drawing the curtains and putting... Awful nights sleep with drunks singing in the car park at 3.30 in the morning and no attempt from staff to stop them. Room was cooled with two fans which didn't do anything! Breakfast made with powdered egg as the scrambled gag was possibly the worst thing I have ever eaten!

I'd recommend this hotel, very good location for sightseeing. The harbour, lighthouse, aquarium are all in easy reach. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was a really hot day when I visited, and it was nice to go into the room to find the 2 big fans switched on to keep... More

We are arrived in May for a romantic stay in Plymouth, on arrival the receptionist was very friendly and offered to keep our bags behind the desk as check in time was not until 2. Which was lovely of her. When we got into our room we noticed it was beautifully clean, with the added bonus of a massive, comfy... More

Very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Well situated to local amenities, a gentle stroll brings you into the heart of Plymouths Barbican area with shops, bars and small market stalls not to mention the excellent fish and chip shops. Recommended.

Stayed Sunday for two nights, easy to find right next door to the Sutton Harbour premier inn. Plenty of free parking for hotel customers, so this was a great start. We had paid and checked in on line saved messing on arrival, asked for a harbour view room and we received it. Nice room with a massive flat screen TV... More

Sometimes the big guys just get it right, and this time they have!. From the reception staff to the breakfast staff in the morning, we were looked after extremely well. No complaints. The room was a bit warm, but there were two fans operating on our arrival. The best that could be done, and very much appreciated. The bed was... More

I arrived to find that my company had not paid for the room. After driving 215 miles on Sunday there was no help from the front desk staff, just that I hAd to pay. The fact that my company uses premier inn all the time, this did not seem to matter and I was being asked to pay the full... More

Stayed for the weekend at this hotel. We were warned no aircon after booking, no probs a quiet good sized fan was in the room. We were also warned that may be noisy as on main road, we didn't find it too bad at all. Excellent Staff. Would happily stay again.
