It is extremely clean, friendly, good and wide choice of breakfast. Central for all locations, trips, night life, shopping expeditions etc. Owner pleasant and helpful. Views from most rooms picturesque. I stay here at least 3 sometimes 4 times a year whilst visiting relatives, and have always been met with a smile. more

i cannot recommend Acorns and Lawns highly enough. a warm and friendly greeting. Tastefully decorated bedrooms combine comfort and cleanliness. En suite facilities were superior.A wide selection for breakfast including fresh fruit, cereals or a plentiful cooked english breakfast. Would recommend to anyone more

Have enjoyed a two night stay at Acorns & Lawns Guest House Had a Family en- suit room overlooking Plymouth Hoe Room very clean and comfortable Enjoyed a very good and well presented cooked breakfast, also a good selection of fruit and cereals available. We had a very enjoyable stay in a warm and friendly environment with high standards of service and cleanliness. We spent a weekend break in the comfortable family room overlooking the Hoe. The breakfasts were generous and cooked to perfection. This guest house is exceptional value for money and we will certainly be returning in the future. more
