The carpet was full of fluff and badly stained. The toilet was filthy and had not been flushed since the last guests. This bed and breakfast is the best i have ever stayed, my 8 year old child was very happy and made very welcome. Menu altered to suit her fussy eating habits. very homely with a very friendly dog. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thank you

Good B&B close to the Plymouth Hoe. Family room came with a double, a single, a foldout bed and a travel cot. Clean, but dated decor. En suite had some mould on the tiles but was otherwise clean. Breakfast was served in the large, high ceilinged Victorian drawing room. Friendly, well trained house dog loves to play footie!

Average but chintzy b and b which seems geared towards the lone travelling salesman rather than leisure travellers. Breakfast served before 9am including at week-ends! does not make one feel welcome.

If you are planning a trip to Plymouth I would definately recommend staying here. I have stayed there twice now. The owners (Theresa and Doreen) are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and it is very convenient to the downtown core and Plymouth Hoe, while away from heavy traffic.
