Stayed for one night in superior room. Hotel appears to be newly decorated and very clean with staff who are friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet street and even on the street side the only sound was the seagulls!! Breakfast was hot and tasty with plenty of choice.. I would definitely stay again when next in... Stayed two night in the grand suite last weekend. Turned up at 830pm to be welcomed with a smile, efficient check and up to the room which was spotless. Less than 10 minute walk to town and less than 2 minutes from the hoe lighthouse so location fab for us. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and the porridge was lovely so... More

In a pleasant and very handy part of the city, just 15 mins stroll to the Barbican, 10 mins to the city centre, and 1 min to the delights of the Hoe. Comfortably appointed rooms, fresh contemporary decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cooked breakfast sumptuous and freshly prepared. And free parking behind the hotel is a significant... For a bed and breakfast stay this takes some beating. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and convenient for access to the shops and the sea front. They do not do evening meals, but there are loads of places to eat close by. We ate at The Chancel which is a ten minute walk away. The food and service there... More

I stay here on a regular basis and this hotel never disappoints. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. nice clean new rooms. Be warned though they only have stairs so if you struggle with them they might be an issue. There is nowhere in Plymouth to stay at these prices.

We had a good sized & clean room. There's a nice chill out area with a bar in reception with reasonably priced drinks. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is also very close to the center of Plymouth.

This hotel is very convenient for the Hoe and both the Pavilion and the Theatre Royal theatres. It is also in easy walking distance of the shopping centre. Room was comfortable and although overlooking the road there was very little traffic noise. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was OK but not outstanding although service was good. Car parking is a lottery... More

Nice hotel, clean, lots of stairs and no lift. No restaurant but they serve breakfast. The car park is at the rear of the hotel and you have to walk along the back alley and around the corner to access the hotel. I was on my own and came back late at night and found it very scary ! You... More

Warm welcome upon arrival at this newly refurbished hotel. Tastefully decorated and rooms nicely furnished - all areas spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast! Small 9 space carpark so early arrival is recommended if you want a slot - however there is ample off street parking (free from 6pm thru to 10 am next day) which may become a problem in the... More

We came down to Plymouth for just the one night. We booked a family room . Often you are all crammed into one room but just for one night you manage. However, here we had a double room with en suite and a separate room with three single beds.very clean and beautifully decorated,we were made to feel at home the moment... More
