Holiday Inn Plymouth is in an excellent position close to Plymouth Hoe. The hotel was fine - rooms a little plain, but clean and otherwise ok. Meals at the hotel were fine too. The hotel is situated centrally in Plymouth with access to the Hoe and superb views across Plymouth to Dartmoor or to the sea depending on which side of the building your room is situated.
