Late arrival but welcoming enough, although parking proved difficult and not clearly signed. Hotel room was above average. Restaurant was actually really good. Good service, good quality food at a fair price. Would return. More

We stayed here for a night recently. The double room was pretty big but absolutely freezing when we got in. Not good... The location is very good, close to the city centre and overlooking the Hoe. Decent breakfast. I'm not sure if I heard correctly, but I think the receptionist said that if we wanted to access the internet in... More

Excellent staff, excellent location (on The Hoe overlooking the sea), very good breakfast good facilities and very clean are the good points. Not so good points are that it is a bit dated in many areas and the bed was very firm which will suit some but not us. We booked on a very good deal and so have no... More

Stayed at this hotel in January and could not fault it, great facilities including a medium sized swimming pool with Sauna and steam room plus a Gymn, the hotel is located near Plymouth Hoe and the city centre, the location could not be equalled anywhere, the staff are very friendly too. Breakfast is served in the penthouse restaurant on the... More

I stayed here alone on business & received a Priority Club upgrade. A polite reception ( not over friendly) although all the information was conscientiously given. The room was well equipped (fridge, trouser press, cd player, ironing board & very nice Yves Rocher toiletries) with comfortable beds. The TV was rather elderly but they're probably waiting to upgrade these when... More

As I work in Plymouth a couple of days a week I've tried out many of the hotels in central Plymouth and this one is my pick! Ideally located for me with easy access to the centre and train station with ok parking too. The pros... Good, clean, comfortable bed and room generally - I also like the nice touch... More

We booked four rooms on a cheap deal, as i was a priority platinum member i had a free upgrade to a executive room with a excellent view of the Hoe. I would suggest if you can afford it, to pay for a upgrade as this room was far better than some of the other rooms, however i must point... More

So basically a huge tower block on the sea front. Not over stylish, the underground car park is a treat for those who enjoy a challenge. Also it is charged at £3 a day, not an enormous amount given the lack of parking. We stayed in a room with two double beds it was, clean and very corfortable. The bathhroom... More
