This hotel was fine, quite good value, and wll located. Its quite an ugly building from the outside, but the rooms were good, but not great. There were amazing viewsfrom the Restaurand on the top floor. I would recommend this place as a basic place to stay whne in Plymouth. more

We stayed here for one Saturday night and were very impressed by the room and the service. We had a sea view room on the 9th floor that was huge! I don't think Plymouth is over subscribed with decent hotels so we went for this. Location is excellent, very close to the Hoe, theatre royal, barbican and the shopping area. The hotel isn't very attractive from outside, but neither is Plymouth city centre. I liked the penthouse bar, however tour room was damp and the views were spoilt by condensation.... more

Great location, close to shops and restaurants - Had an 8th Floor room at the front, which had a great view, but was a bit tired. Heating and TV didn't work properly.
