Spent only one night, but very pleased. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we found that the tv in our room was not working. One mention to reception and replaced immediately. Leisure facilities were a bonus and very good. The hotel was spotless, the room spacious and clean. Some reviews mention poor... More

we chose the hotel as it was next door to The Pavilions where we were going to see a show and didn't want to drive back to Cornwall the same night. Friendly staff at check in and even tho' the bar wasn't open the young man was very accommodating and got a drink for my wife. The room was very... More

Stayed here overnight the staff were very friendly and it is in a convenient location with plenty of parking, our room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Plymouth and the hotel was within easy walking distance to the waterfront area

A 2 night stay for work, and my 3rd hotel for the week so after a 15 hour working day, at check-in, when told the times for breakfast, I didn't question whether or not it was included in the room rate. My error as I doscovered when checking out, when I was told, that there was an additional charge of... More

Stayed here for 2 nights for my son's passing out parade at HMS Raleigh. Quick and easy check in, staff on reception very helpful with taxis and getting our bearings around Plymouth. Rooms were lovely and airy, and beds extremely comfortable. Had a meal in Steves Brasserie which was very tasty and Channon was very good. All in all I... More

We stayed here for the weekend and it was little more than a premier inn ,one of the noisiest hotels I have stayed in - very loud music from a pub opposite and women shouting up the corridors in the early hours. Check out- we were asked by a male member of staff if we were checking out ,he gave... More

Good location, 10 minute walk away from an area called Barbican where there are some great waterfront bars, pubs and clubs. Pitiful amount of parking in a badly designed lot. Only one elevator serving 5 floors which housekeeping also use. There is no air conditioning, so even with all windows open, air was quite still. Had a twin room which... More

I stayed here with a friend having previously stayed in a chain hotel in Plymouth near by. The hotel location wise is excellent because its close to the train station and pavillions is right next door. Room was clean and nice although the fan in the bathroom was annoying as when you turn on the light it turns on and... More

Have been to Plymouth twice before, both times stayed in cheapish hotels with good reviews, and were disappointed both times. This was our final time (son's was at uni there and we were staying for his graduation) and so spent a bit more - what a difference. It's not a brilliant looking building, but it improves as you get inside.... More
