Just returned from a 1 night stay at this hotel (27th/28th July). There were 5 of us, Three Adults and 2 Children (16) and (14). We had two rooms (106) which was a single room and (102) which was a family room. The family room was huge with one double bed and a single bed in and another room with... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights from 25th July attending a wedding which was actually held in total at the hotel and it has to be said, the venue was a superb choice and the whole execution of the Civil Ceremony and the festivities after was first class. Most weddings at hotel venues I have attended have... More

Staff were very helpful did everything and anything you wanted them to do. We were in Plymouth for 3 days when all accommodation in the city was very scarce, we were fortunate that this hotel had a room for one night. We ate at the bistro on the night we stayed and the food was exceptional, the staff attentive which... More

For a 3 star hotel I was very pleased with the facilities that I used. My sister booked into a 4 star hotel 10 minutes aaa and was not as happy there. Arrived on Friday afternoon with my 21 year old son. Receptionist seemed not so friendly by my experiences but she later warmed up. Our room was lovely but... More

Booked the Hotel as it was my Friends wedding, so arrived Friday until Sunday, on arrival got a lovely warm greeting from the lovely Katy, got booked in to my wonderful large room on the 5th floor 502, and it was spotless, large king bed, and a great bathroom with bath and shower with lovely views on to the old... Fab meal for 5. Restaurant a little quiet which was a concern but we had nothing to worry about. Garlic and herb bread delicious, huge portion of really delicious moules and a fantastic home made pavlova to finish. Kleftiko lamb shank was excellent too and the halloumi mushroom burger was enormous. Our waiter could not have been friendlier and he... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in May with my Mum. On arrival, we were about an hour earlier than the 2pm check-in time, and the grumpy receptionist just told us to come back after 2pm - not the best of welcomes! Also, on entering the car park, I was looking for a suitable space and not paying proper attention,... More

Food basic. Could not cater for diet requirements. Staff busy doing nothing. Resturant manager cannot cope. Basicaly only stay here if the ymca is full. Only one thing on the menu i could eat and they had run out. Breakfast is tiny. Everything about this hotel is cost saving apart from the prices. Receptionists are great so was the resturant... More

We stayed for one night on a room-only basis. The receptionist on arrival was ok but not overly friendly, in contrast the receptionist at check out was very happy and helpful. The car park was easy to locate and the hotel was so close to the ferry port (we came off the Spain-UK ferry to stay here), that we were... More

What a find! looks a little shabby from the outside, but, fantastic inside. Immaculately clean, very modern, staff excellent, just wish we had stayed longer, Plymouth is a real gem, much more to it than we could have expected especially the marina area, which, if it hadn't have been for the very helpful lady on reception we would never have...
