I have stayed at this hotel several times and have to say that although the hotel is unusual in it's style (a bit like a motel) and the rooms could do with updating, the rooms are always perfectly adequate and clean . The staff are great!! Friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. For the price overall very good. more

we booked in to the ibis on a friday night after a very long journey and horrendous traffic, so when we got to reception all we wanted was to chk in and get to our room, we had booked on line and asked for a disabled smoking room, at reception, informed we had a double disabled no smoking so we... more

In 20 years of travelling for business I have never had to check out of a hotel, but with it being peak holiday season my usual haunts in Plymouth were full so I quickly found the Ibis online and made a booking. I reguarly stay in Ibis Hotels throughout Europe and am an Accor Hotel card holder so hardly a... more

Stayed here for work the other week, and after asking to move rooms due to the dust in the first room, i realised they were all the same. Three inches of dust around the room corners, and the rooms were like something out of Dad's Army. Staff were lovely though, and the lady chef very good...much to my surprise. Apparently... more

Stayed here not long ago and some things in the other reviews need correcting ! FIrstly, the transport side of things, yes, the hotel is on the outskirts of town, just off the main road so easy to get to from out of town, and yes, its a long way in to the city centre BUT there`s a fantastic bus... more

I'm sitting here writing this review at a quarter to one in the morning. The aide me in my review I have my delightful neighbours. I was asleep until they arrived over an hour ago, banging and crashing about, playing loud music and shouting since. Prior to the room next-doors "arival", I was "lucky" enough to "enjoy" the sounds of... more

We stayed for two nights and found this Ibis hotel to be good value for money. It was very clean, well run, the staff were friendly and effecient and there was free of charge parking. The city centre is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away but we still found this to be a cheaper option than staying in the city... more

I stayed here on impulse needing to find somewhere cheap and cheerful for the evening before flying back from Plymouth Airport. For this type of hotel it was a positive experience. The style was a little unusual - motel-like (reminded me of when I stayed in Florida). Good location for what I needed (right on A38 and near sirport) and... more
