Booked this hotel for one of our salesman last night, the photos definitely need updating. The hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. Very disappointing stay, will definitely not be returning or recommending. Will also be contacting Late Rooms who we booked through, as there photos and reviews need updating.

I had a fantastic stay during my business trip in February. Highly recommend, nice spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There are two sitting rooms and a bar and they offer an evening meal, perfect for business. All in all the staff were extremely helpful fantastic choice for Brakfast and an overall brilliant stay.

We stayed here for just one night, and it has changed since the photos on their own website were taken! Front garden now all car parking, and looked a bit unloved around the entrance. Our family room was fine for our needs, but our sleep wasn't good as the mattress was past its best. It was clean and warm and... More

Stayed here for just the one night, the gentleman was very friendly who showed us to our room, was clean an bed comfy but smelt damp in the room. The restaurant they have wasn't serving food for that evening so had to wat out, not that this was a problem but could have been for others that might be staying... More

We were made very welcome, the room was great, had everything you would need. Everything was clean and well presented. The hotel is very homely unlike many hotels that have no character. Breakfast was brilliant, rarely been to a hotel or B&B that gives you TWO fried eggs. Plenty of parking spaces, we highly recommend this Hotel and look forward... More

We stayed here for one night only as we were visiting friends in nearby Roborough and it was very suitable for our needs. Very friendly staff, rooms are as others have stated a bit dated, but it was spotlessly clean, plenty of linen and towels and free wifi in room. The breakfast was excellent cooked especially for you, order the... More

I have read some reviews saying this place is a bit dated. It is, but thats its only downside. For a single female traveller, it was lovely, Escorted to room, shown to a cosy lounge while dinner was beeing cooked, breakfast made to order - booked the night before! There was also a lovely garden . the choice for dinner... More

What a let down! I booked this one night stay because of the glorious reviews and the idea of a restaurant on the premises. Well, what restaurant? Oh there's a restaurant but foods is not serve at the weekend but that wasn't published. There was offered of homemade Sandwiches or takeaway foods. I had sandwiches on my way up here... More

We stayed for a night visiting relatives and decided we would stay at an independent hotel rather than an anonymous chain place. We had a double room which was clean and tidy, but really in need of a complete makeover. The furniture is very dated, the carpet worn out and while the ensuite was functional, it too needed renovation. The... More

We researched for a hotel in Plymouth, and this hotel kept popping up. It was full of character and charm!! Friendly and helpful staff. Free off street parking. Nice breakfast. We would return if in the area.
