Stayed at Number One to attend son's graduation ceremony and was very impressed with accommodation. It is clean and rooms are spacious. Showers could have been better but did not diminish our stay overall. Location is excellent and parking is an added bonus in Plymouth.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. We arrived a little early, our room wasn't quite ready but we were able to park the car in the large carpark and go for a walk. Good basic B&B in a well refurbished Regency house. Very freindly maid at breakfast. In excellent position for Barbican, Hoe, Theatre & city centre, with it's own free parking. Bathrooms are a little dated but the whole place is spotlessly clean. Only drawback are the noisy seagulls, but thats the seaside I suppose.

Beautifully refurbished Victorian(?) building. All new carpets, beds etc, extremely comfortable lounge. Owners/staff very accommodating with nothing too much trouble. Lovely breakfast. Ideal for weekend breaks or for business travellers. Situated just off the Hoe, easy walking to the major shopping areas with plenty of pubs and resturants on the harbour side. Very reasonable rates
